All sessions are by appointment only.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $35.00 to re-book. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. In the event that you have purchased a series or gift certificate/voucher, one appointment will be deducted from your remaining session(s) to cover the missed one.
Same Day Cancellation
You are responsible for the full amount or a portion thereof for the service, when canceling the day of your massage.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If you are a “no show” you are responsible for the cost of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. First time clients will not be re-booked.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Your massage begins at the scheduled appointment time. Out of respect for your therapist and those who follow you, please allow yourself sufficient time for filling out paperwork, consulting with your therapist and clothes change. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
